An interesting story...

The drawings on this page do not accurately depict an "end" unit, only middle units. The story has it that when the contractors poured the slabs, they did not provide the cut-ins on the ends. Consequently, the end units received larger garages and approximately an extra 50 sq. ft. in the guest bedroom, due to the larger garage. The end unit garages will accommodate two cars.
